Insurance Claim
Insurance Claim Process with Mobile Technician:
1. Insurance card/policy given to windshield repair technician
2. Technician will call in claim and verify coverage/deductible
3. Customer will speak with insurance representative and authorize repair
4. Claim company will send dispatch repair information to Technician
5. Technician completes repair
6. Customer confirms repair and signs invoice
Making a New Claim:
1. Customers can start a new claim: online or by phone.
2. Follow steps to make a claim on insurance website on insurance card or call claim number on insurance card.
3. Customer must specify to use "WINDSHIELDCRAX.COM,LLC" or select WINDSHIELDCRAX.COM,LLC as desired repair company. Note: the claim company will not choose "WINDSHIELDCRAX.COM,LLC" unless specified. Customer has the right to choose their own company to repair windshield.
